Our Panelists

This panel is for every single person in the church who has been handed platitudes instead of practical wisdom. We’re talking about the real questions – the ones that don’t get answered from the pulpit. What did Paul actually mean in the scriptures, and why do we keep using his words to make singleness feel like a waiting room? What does “waiting on God” actually look like in practice, and why is that advice reserved almost exclusively for love? How are we supposed to navigate dating when we were never taught how. The Word doesn’t give us a roadmap, and yet somehow, we’re still expected to get it right.

We’re going to talk about dating honestly – multidating, attachment, social media, and how to simply enjoy the process. And we’re going to have a hard conversation about the church’s role in all of it, including how purity culture did more harm than good, and what it looks like to support single people with truth instead of timeline pressure. Because none of us are promised a spouse. And it’s time the church started equipping us for the full, whole life we’re already living – no just the one we might have someday.
